About Forge
Before founding forge performance group, I spent more than eight years leading, training, and developing people in environments where communication, accountability, and performance were not optional. As a non-commissioned officer in the United States Army, I was responsible for developing soldiers, leading teams, and helping people perform under pressure.
I later served as an air traffic controller and training leader, where mistakes carried real consequences and leadership directly impacted mission success.
Throughout both experiences, I noticed the same pattern:
Great performers were often promoted into leadership positions without ever being taught how to actually lead.
This problem exists everywhere— from manufacturing floors and construction sites to warehouses and senior care facilities.
Leadership is a skill: it can be taught, practiced, and improved.
When organizations invest in developing their supervisors, teams perform at a higher level. this is the mission of Forge Performance Group.
